  • All sales at Dewhan are final. Due to the nature of our cosmetics and beauty products, we do not accept returns or offer refunds. We appreciate your understanding.
  • If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, please contact us at info@dewhan.com. Our support team will be happy to help resolve the issue.
  • To help us assist you quickly, we recommend recording an unboxing video when opening your package. This serves as clear proof in case there’s any problem with your order.

Order Changes & Cancellations

  • We work quickly to process orders, usually within 1 to 3 business days. This means there’s only a short window to request changes or cancellations.
  • If you need to update or cancel your order, please contact us as soon as possible. We're happy to help, as long as your order hasn’t shipped yet.

Shipping Information Accuracy

  • Please double-check your shipping address, product selections, discount codes, and contact information before placing your order.
  • If you notice an error, get in touch with us immediately. We can only make corrections before your order is shipped.

After Shipment

  • Once your order has shipped, we’re unable to make changes or reroute your package. We’re not responsible for lost or misdelivered orders due to incorrect shipping details provided at checkout.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

  • Please inspect your package as soon as it arrives. If your item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, please contact us immediately at info@dewhan.com.
  • We kindly ask that you report any issues within 7 days of receiving your order.
  • For a faster resolution, please provide clear photos and, if possible, an unboxing video showing the condition of the items when you opened the package.
